The Wellness Seeker blog began as a way for me to educate my clients, potential clients, and the general public on the wonderful benefits of massage therapy beyond relaxation. However, in January 2016, I began a journey to expand my knowledge of the human body by pursuing an degree in Physical Therapy. As such, I have decided to expand the realm of this blog to include many different aspects of healthy living.
This blog is dedicated to educating all wellness seekers on ways to improve different areas of health and wellness. Many people do not realize how dimensional wellness truly is, and how the different aspects of health and wellness interact with each other. My goal is to tune people into what it means to truly be healthy and well, and help them find ways to improve their overall wellness.
